Brown Boot Coffee was started in 2024 with the desire to create a business that has a positive impact on its employees, customers, and the world around us (and not just say it). Our founder, Luke, has always had a passion for coffee, adventure, entrepreneurship, and building genuine relationships, and he thought that this was the perfect opportunity to combine the things he loved the most.

We are a coffee company built for the entrepreneur and the entrepreneur at heart. People who are doers and who work hard. People who believe that life is a thrilling adventure and that we should help others and build something better along the way.

What is a brown boot? It’s durable, resilient, and unpretentious. It’s rugged, gritty, bold, and gets the job done. It can be dressed up or down; it’s timeless. That's where we got the inspiration for our name and what we want to represent.

It is said that you can’t truly know someone until you’ve walked a mile in their shoes. Brown Boot represents that story. It symbolizes the hard worker, the early riser, the disciplined, the one who has humbly built a community and a life from the ground up, and the one who seeks meaningful adventure. The boots may be humble, but they are bold, strong, and enduring through all that life throws their way.

We believe in connecting over a hot cup of coffee as we go through this wonderful, hard, beautiful, adventurous life together.

Meet the Founders

Luke, our founder and CEO, has always loved doing things for the adventure. Born and raised in Colorado, he grew up camping, hunting, fishing, and loving the outdoors. He has his private pilot's license and loves all things aviation. He has completed three full distance Ironman races, as well as a handful of 70.3 races, and his dream is to participate in the World Championship in Kona, Hawaii someday. He has a passion for building relationships, connecting with people from all around the world, taking time to learn people's stories, and spreading the love of Christ.

Haley, Luke's wife and co-founder of Brown Boot, spends most of her time raising their young children - an adventure in and of itself!
